Memorial Hermann Imaging Center at Northeast Hospital 18955 North Memorial Drive, Humble, TX 77338

"The one star is for the rude lady Ericka at the front who jerked my identification from me. You would think at 7:30 a.m. someone would be pleasant especially because you are the first face everyone encounters at this establishment. I’m at outpatient imaging in humble. 2/29/24"

"Arrived for my appointment and all the doors were locked on both sides of the imaging center 7/1. I used the intercom and noone picked up. I walked down to the ED and the Security Guard called another guard who drove him over to check the building out because several people had come over to the ED because they were unable to access the building. So after about 20 minutes they opened the door and myself and another patient walked in. After they spoke with her it was my turn. The first thing the attendant says is that "your late for your appointment, table time has already passed. So I informed her that I had been at the facility walking around the building and then to the ED. She informed me that noone used the call box because she has been sitting there and we must not have known what we were doing. Now im on the deffensive because I need this MRI and im in pain from all the walking. She tells me that "if you stop talking and listen I can tell you". I never raised my voice or was rude to the young lady but her statements kept leading back to this being my fault so my response was and will always be, we couldnt get into the building. When I get to the MRI trailor out back, she wands me with the metal detector and it picks up metal in my hair. I informed her that I have hair jewelry in my locs. I apologised because I forget its there because its not removable, it would have to be cut out. She informs me that I could go back to the waiting room and she would have to call the Radiologist to see if they would authorize it because its not a permanent device in my body. I was like okay until she said they usually never approve these things. At this point I have been at the facility for over 1 1/2 hours and I had no intention of staying longer. Ive had MRI's before and its never been an issue because it would require me to cut my hair. This is at the descretion of the facility and I respect that. The entire experience was poor, from the long wait to have the MRI down to completeing the procedure. I will be letting Sterling Ridge Orthopedics know that Memorial Hermann does not compliment there business and they need to be cautious of sending patients to them."

"Had an appointment set for months with memorial hermann, and told them at the time of my appointment to make sure everything was in order before I came in. 2 days before my appointment memorial hermann, had the automated call confim my appointment to proceed. But when I spoke to a live representative, they told me all was not in order with my mammogram scheduled. They had not called to inform of this issue. I had to call my doctors office to try and resolve this issue. Not to mention I already a issue with memorial hermann regarding my initial mammogram. For some reason my mammogram results were received extremely late, with no explanation from memorial hermann regarding their tardiness. Now my appointment is in a pending status. I had to have a lump removed out of my breast about 2 years ago, therefore this is an important procedure that needs to be done. When my results come back, if I have cancer, Memorial Hermann is at fault. I will definitely hold Memorial Hermann accountable. Please don't trust Memorial Hermann with your medical needs! I pray God bless you!"

"Terrible and unprofessional. My mother arrived at her appointment and they turned her away saying she needs her prior. During the scheduling process this was never brought up. This appointment was urgent and the best they could offer was a reschedule. The director, Emily, was unhelpful and offered to review the tapes. That literally does nothing for the patient, that is for your staff and pricess improvement. They could have rectified the mistake (on their part) by calling and requesting the priors so that we could have kept our appointment. I will be reaching out to patient services regarding this matter.The whole experience from scheduling to showing up was disorganized and they clearly do not care about patients health outcomes"

"I went to Memmorial hermann for the first time. I really want to say thank you to the team of breast center. Radiologist Dr. He is very nice and knowledgeable. Ms. Shanett patients advocate is wonderful , Director of breast center is awesome and also Ms. Dia, I can't say thank you enough for my care. I will continue to recommend people to your facility. I greatly appreciate your team."
