I was fasting (11:30 AM) and I was very ready for my urine sample cup! Eva went above snd beyond to assist me."

"Almost shrugged this place off due to the bad reviews. But, it is the closest to me. Did not have an appointment. Walked in. Registered at the machine and joined the waiting list, it warned me the next time available was 3pm and I might have a long wait (it was 10:05am). My name was called within ten minutes. Of course I had my info ready, printed form, DL, insurance card. The lady was friendly and was talked about the weather and my struggle with food and we laughed a lot. She double verified everything and was super friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location from now on. Way faster than the one on 610N and much less people in the waiting room."
