"There's NO refrigerator or ice buckets to keep your drinks cold, no soap/shampoo/conditioner to clean yourself with, no curtains on the windows, no microwave, and lastly no Wi-Fi. The toilet struggles to flush toilet paper (and there's no plunger in the room) meanwhile the shower was dark with water pressure so strong that it blasts outside of the cloth shower curtain getting water all over the floor. The breaker for the electricity in our room turned off when the room "se hace frio" (or get's cold) according to the owner. And the carpet definitely needs to be replaced cos it seems like it's rarely cleaned, so I wouldn't let my toddler play or sit on the floor at all - which is a hard thing to do. Normally when we say there are 2 adults and a toddler staying we get a king-sized bed but this place gave us a queen-size for $65 - cash only. Now for the pros: it's quiet at night, some of the units have carports to park your car under, there's cable tv, AC, and the staff is friendly. Maybe they would have accommodated us with toiletries had we asked, but thankfully we brought our own. Our sheets were clean, but they had holes in them. And then one of the owners kept talking to us in Spanish even though we spoke English the entire time, which I can only hope was because he couldn't speak English, rather than racial profiling us for being Latino - but I guess that means that at least the owners can speak both English and Spanish, so there's another pro."
