"Beautiful property but required valet parking of 40 dollars a night is ridiculous and a cheap TV with a lousy picture and no internet is not a quality of a fancy room. Would not stay again."

"It is too bad that the lack of empathy of the staff and the draconian policies on late rescheduling will not allow me to truly measure the quality of this establishment. I understand that I did confirm my appointment the day before, but a sudden illness the night before my appointment caused me to have to reschedule. I did not ask for a refund, but only to get a new date due to the emergency. Zero empathy. Zero options. Unacceptable service in my book. Also, a quick note, a $36.30 "Service Charge" on a $165.00 dollar massage ($22% upcharge) is ticketmasteresque. I would suggest being more upfront about your charges and your extreme rescheduling policy."

"I had such a wonderful experience! The receptionist was super kind, the place quiet, relaxing, clean, and all the employees professional. I’m already planning my next visit. Valet parking and complimentary drinks were given :) While getting the massage, I was asked how much pressure I wanted, which areas I thought needed more focus, etc. Simply a 10/10"

"I'd give this spa zero stars for unprofessionalism if I had the option. I had reservations for a couples massage for months, called ahead to make sure and everything. Morning of my appointment, 4 minutes before I'm supposed to arrive, I get a call saying one of the masseuses called in sick and they can't find another one. I was offered to choose only from either a manicure, pedicure or facial for only 20% off for the inconvenience. And they said my husband can still get his massage on my birthday but they won't do both at the same time. I originally booked eilan this year because I'd done La Cantera resort and spa for my birthday for the previous five years in a row. I thought this would be equivalent. Obviously, I was wrong. I called Loma de vida and they booked us a couple massage, same day, no issues. Don't waste your time or money here. La Cantera resort and spa is so much better."

"I went to the spa. I had Mandi she had magical hands. That massage was worth every penny. I gave her extra on top of the 22 percent they added to the bill. I also did the rasual steam. Love the spa, will definitely return soon."
