"Pretty bad experience from beginning to end. I was tired from traveling when I checked in, and had conveyed that, and put in a two bedroom suite under another suite which was undergoing a major remodeling. All I wanted to do was rest, and there was hammering, sawing, banging above me, and by the sounds of it all done by someone wearing very loud heels. I complained several times, each time "almost done." My husband was sleeping in the second room, he was to have a procedure early the next morning, and by the time I was complaining a 5th time or so, they said "we can switch rooms" by that time my husband was asleep, and I didn't want to wake him. Why put me in that room to begin with??? Then getting up early the next morning I went down for coffee and needed to water it down, and the hot water across from the main desk was empty. I told the guy sitting at the desk looking at his phone, saying "btw the hot water is empty" he looked up briefly from his phone and said "I dunno" then continued looking at his phone. Horrible service beginning to end."

"Nice place. First time staying here. They are pet friendly. Separate bedrooms from the rest of the common areas. In a good location for dining out and activities."

"I have been staying here since June the rooms are great comfortable spacious amenities for you to cook. However when I first started staying here there washing facility was free the washer are old and moldy and the dryers take over an hour to dry your clothes and still barely do the job and about a month ago theu decided that they will start charging to use the washing facilities. That's not a issue but the issue is if you are going to charge us to use something make sure it works properly they didn't change any of the equipment but they are now charging us to use washer and dryers that barely work its really quite absurd. Everyone at the front desk with the exception of maybe one person are very unpleasant to deal with sometimes I'm not sure if they know they are in the hospitality industry. It's definitely not a bad place to stay I have definitely been to worse. I would just say work on the attitudes at the front desk and if your going to charge for laundry make sure the equipment is worth charging us and it's not."

"If you have pets do not stay here! They tried to say our dog had fleas after we left and charged us nearly $400 for a pet fee and extermination fee, we travel and pretty much live in hotels for my husbands work so our dog is an inside dog, Took him to the vet afterwards just in case and he doesn’t have fleas at all! They just want your money and will make up lies to get it!"

"The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for what I needed. Breakfast is always delicious and there's a wide variety of choices. And the staff! From front desk to maintenance, to housekeeping, everyone was always friendly and professional and able to assist with anything my family needed. Will absolutely stay here again!"
