"I have been going to this shop for almost 3 years and it seemed like the quality of everything is going down. Every time I buy an item I would notice that things aren’t all the way full and every time I would tell the cashier they aren’t really much help. And it’s also the second time I bought something and it ended up not working when I went home. I’m just not going to come here anymore but there’s another shop next to the H‑E‑B over here so I would suggest trying that one instead because I’m tired of this. Btw don’t buy these I put on the picture because they seem cheaply made and if this one doesn’t work imagine what the other ones are like"

"I chose this shop because the amazing service my FIRST time. My second time, drove 15 mins out of my way and came in on my lunch break on wed 6/7 and bought 2 juicy bar vaps. The lady at the front sold me a clear and a blueberry flavored, had a whole conversation with her about not wanting something too sweet. Didn’t know I had to try them on the spot since I had to go back to work… turns out of one them isn’t working correctly. It was not hitting as hard, felt like a bad coil. Also, I did buy the same one my first time(clear flavor) so have any idea what it should taste like, that’s why I came back. I returned to the shop on Thursday 6/8 and was told a)she doesn’t remember me (who doesn’t remember someone coming in with a suit on?) b) I should’ve tried it on the spot c) they don’t offer exchanges I didn’t want a refund, just a product that worked. Was denied any type of conversation with the owner… just horrible customer service. There are literally hundreds of smoke shops in the area and just sad how easily you can ruin one’s experience."
