"Lady behind the counter gave my room to the gentleman with the same last name he needed two queen beds and he got my king bed for about an hour and a half she had to call someone to help her figure out her screw up! it was now 2:30am I just wanted to go get some sleep, my room was nice and clean the bed was fantastic my lady asked if we will be staying there again because of the nice bed and how quiet it was ,I said yes! we are going to try again hopefully I won't have to deal with that lady again"

"Nice location, close to lots of restaurants and shops, however I was unable to have a pleasant stay because the room I was placed in had a large knocking sound coming from the bathroom which interrupted my sleep every hour. I called down to the desk and was informed that there weren't any other rooms available and maintenance was not on site at this time. There was no apology or anything. I stay at Hilton hotels all the time and the quality as well as customer service has gone down tremendously"

"Worst Tru I have ever stayed at. There was a loud roaring sound in the restroom that only somewhat dulled the sound when the restroom door was closed. Unfriendly staff, I know it’s Christmas and I’m sorry you have to be away from family/friends to work but still try and be friendly when people are checking in. You don’t know why they are having to travel or maybe they don’t want to be away from their loved ones either. Breakfast was not to the standards that I have grown accustomed to when staying either the Hilton hotels. All and all not a great experience and I feel like the amount of money I paid was definitely not worth it even if it was just for one night"

"I really enjoyed the location, as there are so many shopping options available. Moving on to the rooms. The beds were comfortable, the shower was beautiful, and the lemon scented body wash was a favorite of mine. However, the room felt a bit cramped definitely wouldn’t be able to sleep multiple people in it. The morning view was stunning, although the windows could have been cleaner for better view or pictures . It would be nice if they upgraded the TV to a smart TV. The staff was friendly, although not very engaging. A big downside was that the pool table closed at 10pm, which was very disappointing. Additionally, it would be helpful if they had a larger designated area for dogs to prevent deuces on the plants."

"Spent one night on our cross country road trip. Really wanted to write a good review but can't. First every outlet/USB was connected to one light switch so impossible to charge our phones etc. The shampoo/soap was empty, not refilled by housekeeping. The person at the front desk was always on his phone and not available to answer questions. Sounds like I am picky, but we are used to much better from Hilton, they can do better."
