"STAR Pest Control has been Awesome to work with. We operate a short-term rental and have had pest challenges that need to be addressed very quickly. Before STAR, we had hired Greenix, who was ok at best. STAR is able to help us on a moment's notice to be able to get the property ready for a future guest. Mike takes his time and explains issues and goes far beyond the call of duty. He also provides solutions and tells us how to better proactively handle the situations. I had an issue with cluster flies right before Christmas and Mike was out to the property within hours and taking pictures of a potential entry points for us to fix. Mike is also very knowledgeable and tolerates my non-pest expert questions very well :) We would recommend Mike to anyone!"

He came to our house within a day or two of calling about noises in the attic. He inspected, came up with a solution, and had that solution implemented in a matter of hours. And since his visit- no more noises in the attic! We could not be more grateful for this service and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area!"
"I called and asked for quarterly pricing. Someone came out and inspected. He quoted me $65. We were good to go the next month. He came back out and in 10 minutes, had completed his work. As I was signing my receipt, he asked if I wanted him to come out monthly. I was confused because any other time I have had services rendered for pest control, it was quarterly. He said that the insecticide was only good for 28 days. Also, it means that I would have been paying $65 a month instead of per quarter like I asked. Other well known companies were offering $99 per quarter at that time and I would have gone with them had I known it would be almost double per month. I waited until the 28 days were up before I did my review. I did not have any insect issues during that timeframe. The man was very nice and pleasant but the miscommunication resulted in me giving it a three star."
