"Dropped off my wife’s dress to have it cleaned and pressed on Tuesday Morning around 9am. I told them I needed it for an event on Saturday and they told me it would be ready by Friday after lunch. I came back around 4pm on Friday and the dress was untouched! This place might be fine if you’ve got two weeks to wait around but if you need something done in 3 days, which isn’t unreasonable from my experiences at other places, you should probably look elsewhere."

"I dropped a comforter off on Saturday, April 2nd and was told it would be ready by the following Tuesday (April 5th). Tuesday came and I didn’t get a phone call. I called to check Saturday, April 9th and was told it still wasn’t ready. Another week goes by, no phone call. The third week goes by, no phone call. I go up there this morning (April 25th) to pick it up and take it somewhere else because I assume they still haven’t cleaned it yet. The lady told me it’s been done. Okay…so why didn’t I get a phone call? She says it’s because there was no note on it to contact me when it was ready. Hold up…so you don’t have a general policy to contact a customer when their item is ready? She couldn’t even tell me how long it had been done and was just sitting there. She blamed it on the teenagers that took the order and spoke to me over the phone when I called. Poor customer service. This was my first time bringing anything here, and I will never come back. $45 for all that trouble? No thanks!"
