"Dropped a shirt and pants off on Wednesday the 10th for dry cleaning. Was told it wouldn’t be ready until Monday the 15th. Asked if they were sure they’d be open Monday for MLK day because I needed it for the 16th and was told “yes, we’ll be open MLK day.” Went to pick up on MLK day, Store was closed with a sign that said “Closed for MLK day.” Went on the 16th to pick up and was told it still wasn’t ready. Apparently it takes a week to dry clean 1 shirt and 1 pair of pants. Won’t be returning here again."

"they were really nice but I was told I could have my piece of clothing back by a Thursday. It has almost been a week with no call or anything. I haven't been going to the store because I don't want it to seem rushed or entitled. I can't call until Tuesday which even then I'LL BE BUSY. I understand I'm not the only customer but please, at least give an update or something! Please add hours to your Google btw, kinda hard to tell when they're open without having to waste the gas. I'm depending on the Boone's on Knox Boulevard to know the hours which even then, may not be the same."

"BUYING LOCAL...Dropped two shirts off at the cleaners.Shortly after returning home the cleaners call .. saying one of my shirts they consider a dress. I told her NO, it's a shirt. She said it comes to my knees; I said lady its a shirt I would never wear that as a dress. She said its to long and would now charge over $14 vs $3-4. I returned to pick up my shirts. I was like WOW! So, FEELING a certain way about BUYING LOCAL,"
