Then she says we'll I can only give u 50% of what the watch is worth and I said kool I'll use it towards another watch then says it's not what fossil would consider to be defective well I get on the website and inform her it is deemed defective according to fossils standards well then I needed to go to my car for the receipt and I left the watch with her when I come back there's another lady there and the 1st girl says the time is right so we can't take the watch back and I look they had reset the watch lmao talk about shady business smh the watch is 3 weeks old I even have proof that they reset it while I was gone I can't wait to see how this go's"
