I was shopping for an engagement ring with a not too common design and finding it frustrating to find what I wanted at mainstream jewelry stores. Their idea of custom was “pick a band and pick a stone” and I was unable to find what I wanted. I was initially nervous to go full custom jeweler as I was worried it would be more expensive. I was wrong. Not only did Sarah and her team deliver exactly what I wanted and the perfect ring for me and my future fiance, she worked within my budget and delivered MORE ring and stone then I could have gotten at a Zales or a Kay or a Shane. Her prices you can’t beat at a mainstream store and the quality is far superior in my opinion. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. Sarah is also an amazing person to work with, she has the perfect personality for her job she is so personable and friendly, makes it a point to be understanding, patient, and takes time to teach you things about the business.
