A nice visit, and we ended up buying a bracelet for Kaylee. Terrific service, and he couldn't have been any nicer to us. Thank you."

"I visited Kay Jewelers on Friday 6:25 p.m and was approached by Greg I was only there to exchange some earrings that I purchased online I was looking at some items when Greg RUSHED me he was like the return would take 30 minutes because they closed at 7:00 ….. he treated me as if I couldn’t afford anything else after I told him that I wanted something else he then told one of the other sales associates to help show me something by that time I didn’t want to purchase anything. He was so RUDE!! Now I’m thinking about returning the bracelet also"

"I took some jewelry in to Kay Jewelry. My Mom's old watch , I needed the battery replaced, an old pendant that I thought a diamond was missing in and an old gold chain and the clasp was broken. I was prepared to pay a small fortune. Alas , I ended up paying under $15.00. The watch was an easy fix. The clasp was replaced quickly and it turned out my pendant just needed to be cleaned , yes ,it was that dirty!! I was not charged for the cleaning or clasp replacement and the two people who helped me were efficient and friendly . Thank you!!"

"My fiance purchased a ring for me from this location. When I went to get the ring sized, the manager was extremly rude. He completely ignored me when I walked in, then huffed and puffed when I approached him for assistance. He then blew me off and told me to come back in a few weeks to get my ring sized because he was busy. When I came back with my fiance, the Manger was once again rude, ignoring us and making disgruntled noises as if our presence somehow irritated him. The sales rep who assisted had no info on the purchase of the ring, even tho at the time of purchase all info was entered into their system by my fiance himself. The rep stated they didn't even sell that "type of ring" until my fiance pulled out the receipt. Then all of his info magically reappeared in the system and all of a sudden the ring was a "best seller". FOH. This locations customer service is horrid."
