"When I found my "perfect" ring, I was so heartbroken it was from a company located 700+ miles away. My concern was (since I'm so hard on my hands) if anything were to happen to the ring, it would be a hassle to get it fixed. In addition, regular maintenance would've been costly with shipping fees - and we wanted to have a point of contact to help us make decisions on stones, metal, and more. My boyfriend and I went to every local jeweler we could think of - some even numerous times (in case they got new pieces that resembled what I was wanting). While my boyfriend was talking with his family about how many places we'd tried (to no avail), he recommended we visit Genesis. We did...and couldn't be happier!!! Jim at Genesis was not only a pleasure to talk with but also walked us through every step of the custom creation process. He was also readily available when we wanted to make adjustments/revisions to the mock-ups. In addition, Eddie ensured we stayed within our budget and kept our wants top of mind. Not only did the team at Genesis help recreate the "perfect" ring (with a lifetime setting warranty) but they also made it EVEN BETTER! It is absolutely GORGEOUS (but I am a bit biased though LOL). I'm so excited to wear it!"

"While I was really hopeful about going here unfortunately the fix they made to my ten year old wedding ring didn't last even a few months - turns out the design is just bad. I had to go to two other jewelers to get this truth several months after the fix and would've appreciated it from Genesis - especially because I could have afforded to replace it. "I have so much to say about the people at Genesis. Our experience with everyone at this store has been welcoming and warm. The first time we stopped in was for the Tacori trunk show in November of 2022. Gal, one of the owners, was in town from Nashville. Gal is a gem and helped my wife and I design beautiful engagement rings. The thing about Gal is that he treated us like we were everything. He provided comfort in the budget we had set. He was inclusive towards my wife and I. He shared personal stories about him and his wife. He helped us custom design our rings explaining everything about the cut, color and clarity. He gave us his personal cell phone number and provided updates on the rings. He even told us that the same master jeweler made our rings. Our next experience was more recent with Terri. Terri welcomed us and sung high praises of our beautiful engagement rings we had designed. Teri helped us pick out wedding bands taking time to explain sizing and the best options. My wife especially loved Terri because she radiated inclusivity. And a week later our rings were ready! Today we had the pleasure of working with Terri again and sweet Katie. Our rings are stunning! Katie was so kind and sweet. We can’t wait to work with them again in the future!"
