"My husband and I decided to upgrade to a new ring for our 20th anniversary but I'm a super indecisive person and I am pretty clueless when it comes to jewelry. I didn't make it into the store to actually consider a purchase until the following summer since I couldn't decide what route I wanted to go. So when it was time, I was lucky enough to get paired with the sales associate, Meredith A. She was able to quickly catch on to how my brain worked and if I said I liked one design more than another she had the other choice out of the picture faster than I could think. That was just what I needed. Plus she was able to ask me the necessary questions to get me to a decision. I loved my ring so much that we returned to look at possibly getting a band to go with it, and Meredith delivered once again. I ended up with two additional contour bands on either side of my already stunning ring. Now I can't quit staring at my own finger/ring and the grin on my face goes from one ear to the other. I may not "know" jewelry, but I know that my ring is absolutely gorgeous and it's everything I ever didn't k ow I wanted, lol. All the employees were super helpful every time that I walked in, but Meredith had a knack for helping a very indecisive person that didn't have a clue what style ring they wanted pick out a total of three rings that look absolutely stunning and bring me great joy. "We had a HORRIBLE experience designing a custom ring with another jeweler. Not only did we not get the ring but we were strung along so long that the wedding day was approaching with no ring. We ended up stopping in Shane Co just to “look around”. David helped us look at rings and we picked a beautiful wedding band in hopes we would still receive our custom ring. Our wedding day came and went and we decided to cancel our custom ring as it was 4 weeks past the expected delivery date. We brought the band in for cleaning and ended up deciding to look at rings.
