"I came in to buy 1 pack of Wraps, required me to buy 5 because the “minimum”, then gave me 5 packs thats a year after expiration.….With white mold. Then gave me an attitude and hard time because I wanted a refund. I tried explaining the situation and was constantly interrupted and manager was very expressive with her lack of concern. Never will buy here again. UPDATE; Your response speaks volumes about your customer service. The issue was not the money because it was only $2 like you said.. instead of the full refund. It was the fact that you made me buy a bunch of horrible quality product and when I came in being kind to you, you were brief and rude about it. I’m sure the $2 doesn’t come out of your personal pocket, Ms. Karen. Also the lot number has very important details I tried explaining before you insulted my intelligence. The “lot number” contains the manufactured date. Which the year was 2021. I even brought a new pack I got from my usual shop with the manufacturer date as 2022. I left the review because you’re rude."

"I recently went to my local Smoke Alley for the first time. I did not know what to expect, I just knew I was looking for a certain product. I was really surprised and impressed with the store on arrival. Rather than my own thoughts about smoky, dingy like, tabacco/cigar type shops, this shop is clean, pristine and very bright...it looks like it could be one of the shops in an airport. On top of that, Sabrina and Alex, who staff the store, were amazing. Very helpful and knowledgable with great attitudes. It made it a pleasure to interact and also get what I needed. Aside from that, when Alex heard it was my first time there, he said, go spin the wheel -- they have a large wheel up front that you can spin for tickets to go into what I believe is a monthly drawing. I spun for fun, got four tickets and thought nothing of it. A few weeks later, Sabrina texts me and says I won the drawing! She says there is a prize and I can pick it up whenever. I figure, something small, a collection of samples or something like that, but I eventually find my way there -- and it is NOT. The prize was a full box of CBD-related items, more than I could imagine for a small lottery. Anyway, it was really cool. And I also picked up a few more items while I was there. Not only do they have many wonderful products, they also have a great selection of incense sticks/etc. for very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them, and a big shout-out to Sabrina and Alex!"

Huge store with a great selection of papers, trays, incense, etc. Could spend a few hours staring at all the unique glass work in the store. Brina helped me find some new papers to try. Will be stopping by again for sure."
