"First and last time to use H&R Block. Got our taxes filed told the lady we've never had to pay in state tax asked her twice if she was sure the insurance was on there she assured me it was. Got home was looking over the paper work and the insurance information was not on it. Called the office back she wasn't available spoke to a gentleman he said he would take care if it. We live almost a hour from there he was going to mail new paperwork to me a week later we were up that way stopped by the office and our papers were still on his desk never been touched I sat there until he completed it. This was Feb 6 we had been there Jan 30 and called Jan 31 about the mistake. We went right to post office and mailed it off today is May 4th and we still have no refund. They told us at first we owed $24 after reworking the forms we were to get back $104. So needless to say we will never use H & R Block and will advice all friends not to use them."
