"Had to go here for a foor x-ray, didn't know it would be 48 hour turnaround for my images. So couldn't be treated or return to work until the images where released to my Dr. Also they gave me images on a CD which no one has a dam CD reader anymore. USE A MEMORY STICK OR JUST EMAIL THE IMAGES. CDs are old tech, the clinic I was going to had no way of viewing the dam thing."
"I had a procedure scheduled with contrast. No one told me I needed to come pick up medicine to take for my procedure early the next morning. I only found out because I called to ask. Then, you faxed my medical report to someone in Dallas that I do not know and that I am not a patient of and then proceeded to tell me you didn’t know where it went and it wasn’t a big deal. Is this not a HIPAA violation?"
"The staff was very helpful and friendly in getting my CT Scan scheduled. But their follow up in making sure the results were sent to my doctor was terrible. I had to call more than a month later to request the results be sent to my doctor. And then to find out there was no mention in the report of what my doctor needed to see."
