"William recently pressure washed and stained our deck. Our deck is about 50% 12-year-old wood and 50% 1-year-old wood (since we enlarged the deck and replaced bad sections late summer/early fall of 2019). We noticed that our neighbor across the street was getting some pressure washing done (you can't miss William's rig) and so I just asked him on the spot if he would give us a quote (which he immediately did). We hired him on the spot and he was able to get us scheduled (weather permitting of course) very quickly. The first thing you will notice about William is that he is genuinely very concerned about meeting his customer's needs. He really is concerned that his customers are satisfied. He fully explained the work done, the potential issues with such a wide range of wood age (we went with his suggestion for semi solid and it worked superbly). He pressured washed on one day, left us some samples (of good quality Shermin Williams Superdeck stain), and then returned just a few days later to stain the deck. What I was impressed with was the care that he and his assistant took to properly mask the side of our house and the patio underneath. Once the job was complete, we were VERY impressed with the job! It was a very professionally completed job. We had a light rain the following day which left some beaded water on the deck, which I thought was going to cause discoloration on the fairly fresh stain (hint - I was wrong), but William stopped by just to make sure (there was no issue at all). So, all in all, I can't say enough about William and the top-notch work he performs. He comes with our family's highest recommendations! The photos I have included just do not give it justice (as our house has a lot of windows on that side of the house which reflects sunlight on it)"
