"I went to the cleaners today and got there at exactly 1 o’clock after being stuck behind slow, moving farm traffic. I get it was 1:00 their closing time. Who doesn’t want to go home on time. I know I do. However, the open sign was still on though the door was locked. The man running the place was right inside standing at the counter. When I attempted to open the door, he just looked at me with my arm load of clothes and mouthed a completely unapologetic ”Sorry”. Here is the skinny. I drove 25 minutes to come to this dry cleaners, when there is one equally as good less than 4 miles from my house. I believe in customer loyalty. The worker there obviously could have been kind as he stood 8 feet away from me. I had no other business in town except to go there. My husband and I have been faithful customers to this dry cleaning business for quite some time, many years in fact. They completely lost my confidence and business today as well as the money in my wallet today. I am completely disappointed. 50 miles and years of customer loyalty for nothing."

"It took my garments in to be cleaned. There was dog hair on one of my jackets and the lady refused to clean it that I needed to clean it with an adhesive roller. I also asked if she had a seamstress that could sew some jeans and she told me that I could get patches, and that the other shirt cannot be repaired. I took my garments to another seamstress and she had it done in a few days and it looked good. If you want anything done with this cleaners, I would expect a good outcome."

"Took a brand new shirt in and got back with stain. They kept it to clean again but another drive back to get it. I also took 2 wool coats to get cleaned and the came back still covered with hair and stains. Feel they were not cleaned so did beat to clean myself as they are being taken on overseas trip."

"I went in, thinking I would get my white oxfords dry cleaned and starched. I got a ticket with one price. I get to the office and they call and tell me that these oxfords were blouses, so I was charged double what the ticket said. I went back to pick up my dry cleaning and this was what I got…a bunch of wrinkled shirts, which I will have to iron before I wear them anywhere respectable. I was in Frankfort working. I picked up my dry cleaning expecting to be able to dress with pristine dry cleaning and definitely didn’t expect to have iron at the price I was charged. This is what I got for double the price."
