"This was a negative experience. The toilet at one moment wouldn't flush. I called the front desk and was told that maintenance was not available. The person then proceeded to give me instructions for removing the cover to see to fix it myself. This is unacceptable. At the time the hotel was booked and there were no other rooms, so I fixed it myself. I was there on business and will never stay here again."

"Hotel had horrible smell when we entered , but wasn't bad when we got in our room. It was cool until the second morning of a 3 night stay we discovered two bugs in the bathroom. I addressed it with the manager on duty and checked out immediately. She promised a refund for the entire stay, she refunded two nights and I had to put in a complaint for the rest. I think it was the location maybe, not the best I admit. But Hilton needs to still have upstanding Hotel expectations. I'm a little hesitate to stay again"
