"Dream Cleaning has been a saving grace for me as I had to have work done on my home and major purging. They worked me in on very short notice and worked with my disabilities to make it as easy as possible on me. When they came across anything that could be be of value, or. monitary, sentimental or medicinal, they would bring the items directly to me or set larger items aside. We went through 3 dumpsters and many trips to take donatios to different charitable facilities and move things to storage. Being very familiar with OSHA guidelines I was happy to learn they do follow protocols and keep material data sheets. I am very thankful for their continued high standard of work and professionalism."
"They did do a great job doing clean up. Unfortunately we discovered one of the employees taking personal items and clothing on camera. However not being trustworthy is a huge problem! The owner did say that they were fully insured and would cover any ideas lost. I do understand that this employee acted alone. Please do a better job screening employees or monitoring them."
