"I used to go to this place , last time i was trying to schedule an appointment once they know that my insurance not with them any more they become very Rude specially a scheduler her name is Lisa or Leslie i didnot catch the name correct because she told me i donot have time for you , i tried to talk to her and ask question she ends up the conversation by saying i donot have second for you , then she called back saying i apologize we got disconnected but we still cannot make appointment for you."

"The place is pretty much hidden. It's off the service road and if you pass Olive Garden, you missed it. The service has been pretty fast, really no complaint, cannot come in with the patient, I guess since there is radiation inside, but you can stay I. The waiting area."

My insurance was taking forever to get my pre authorization transferred to this facility, but they were VERY patient, communicative and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m very happy they have the option of an open MRI bc I’m extremely claustrophobic. They made my appointment super comfortable! Also, the center is VERY clean.
