"My experience this past appointment was genuinely the worst it’s ever been. First of all, there was no receptionist and I was waiting for over 10 minutes to be seen, only to be checked in by a vet tech. The tech opened my carrier and pet my very anxious cat without my permission. This same tech accidentally banged him in his carrier on the door frame while taking him back to get shots. I heard him throw the carrier across the room as well. Everyone was so frantic and made me feel like they had NO idea what was going on. I love and trust the Doctor, however this will be my last visit."
