"Both Michael at the front desk and Rick, the technician were professional. Michael was very nice. However, the young lady working at the front desk when I entered was the complete opposite. Not only did she fail to acknowledge and/or greet me when I entered, she completely ignored me when I asked a question. She's definitely not front desk material.
