"I would not recommend this company to anyone. Was I the easiest client? No I wasn’t. However if this firm spent as much time yelling and arguing with opposing counsel as they did at me for silly stuff my case might have been closed. Opposing counsel was difficult. In their words a “crazy b***h. Perhaps if they found their inner b***h we may have gotten somewhere. Seems like they just weren’t willing to fight unless it was a lay down case. If you know you are going to have a difficult case do NOT choose this firm"

"This office is a MESS. I’ve been charged double numerous times due to the neglect of the attorney and paralegal. Mediation had to be rescheduled twice due to the other party and the paralegal NEVER attempted to reschedule and just forgot about it. The attorney didn’t present evidence in a case that would’ve had me win because he couldn’t find it even though I had submitted to him days prior to court. John is very intimidated by the judges. He will not push back if they’re wrong in the situation. I was charged double because the paralegal didn’t notify the other attorney of our motion hour and we had to go to court twice. They don’t seem very organized and are there for the money not the families. Please save your money and time."

"This man charged me $3k to send a letter and review my case for 3 months. Acted like we had a strong case against the entity we were pursuing charges against. Then when it came time to file, suddenly we didnt have a real case and he decided it wasnt worth his time... A joke and a complete charlatan. He KNEW this was our only savings and instead of being honest and upfront from the beginning if the case wasnt worth pursuing he stole our money and wasted our time. Called the KY Bar Assoc. and filed a complaint."
