"Make sure you make an appointment if you’re even dropping off samples. They do not tell you this at the doctors, so when I got here to drop off a sample, I had to sign in and be placed on the waiting list. Just for a drop off, that’s ridiculous. You’d think they would have a more efficient way for drop offs. Officially waited 30 minutes for someone to call me back. They actually called someone that was after me on the waiting list BEFORE me. This is ridiculous. Memorial Hermann needs to find a better lab"

"My 12yo daughter had to have blood drawn for the first time. She hated needles and almost has a panic attack just thinking about shots, etc. Our phlebotomist was very good with her helping out her at ease. She was so good that my daughter didn’t feel the needle going in."

"Wait time wasn’t bad, my apt was at 11:30. I was called back by 11:42 and finished right at 12PM. I came here to do some bloodwork and Michael was the person drawing my blood. I’m glad I came to this location because he was able to get it on the first stick and it wasn’t painful at all. I’m not afraid of needles but when it comes to drawing blood it freaks me out a bit. I would recommend this place & I would come back for future bloodwork!"
