"Please update your pictures. Your snack "store" is empty, and for a fact, I know you don't intend to restock it. No one comes by to clean my room. Additionally, like the customer that posted in January, my reserved room was not ready when I got here. I feel like I serve you, not you serve me. Next time(s) I come to Dallas, I will try other places to stay."

"The location is ok . There was a lot of noise at night and in the morning there was a big mess at the hallway. Every-time that I wanted to fill the complementary coffee it was out. I’m not sure this hotel worth the price it charges."

"Arrived and our room was dirty , moved rooms to have nowhere to park on premises. Second day a party was here and took all parking again. Rooms are definitely not worth the money. After having family show up they were put into a dirty room as well, Manager and front desk refunded them. He asked and said they were fine to stay then proceeded to call and day they had to leave. Without any opportunity to switch rooms. The party itself was using drugs in and outside of the hotel. If I had a corporate number I would be calling them"

"I booked a room and told my check in is at 4 pm. I arrive at 5pm and get told that they don’t have a room ready and available yet. So why did I pay to reserve a room and not have that room ready when I get here?? UPDATE! I am updating this review because our stay here has been absolutely phenomenal! The workers have been great, and after our issue with the check-in, we were given a discount and they very quickly got the issue figured out, and us in a room. We stayed for three nights in the two bedroom suite and the rooms are very nice, spacious, and the location is literally right by everything we wanted to do. Thank you so much For your wonderful hospitality."

"I had a list of 5 different hotels I was going to call to see if they offer shuttle to the the Rangers games. I spoke with Harley, and he sealed the deal. I knew speaking with him I, and my wife, would get the best treatment any hotel had to offer. Upon arrival I spoke with Royce, who was amazing and had so much patience as we asked him a million questions. Once we checked into our room later, after the first game, my wife noticed a bit of dried vomit on the bed frame. I called the front desk and Harley came into our room within seconds and cleaned it right up himself. He even offered us another room, which I was fine with the current room we had. The breakfast was pretty good compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The lady preparing the food and setting it out was so friendly, as soon as i asked her for something she offered it up right away. Reason like this will keep us coming back to this hotel year after year. Thank you Harley and Royce."
