"I have had a great experience during my stay...the staff (Mr. Don, Mrs. Thelma,Taci, Juanita, and Sheila)are courteous, friendly, and helpful, always greeting you with a smile, and ready to assist you with anything you need!!! I must add last,(and in no way least)that they are this way because of the integrity, and professionalism of Quetzy the Manager there... She is there working overtime, even on her days off, staying late, cleaning, getting trash etc., whatever it takes to ensure the rest of the staff doesn't have a heavy load, and know that we see you Ma'am, your hard work, and dedication doesn't go unnoticed!!!!"

"I have been around this location for years, I have seen how the property has changed for the better. Ms. Kim the housekeeper is amazing! Very straightforward, and gets the job done!!! So appreciative of her hard work, and the staff is efficient and positive. Nothing stops these women from getting it done!"

"Where do I start the room that I'm in have so many roaches. If someone paying their money for a room it should be clean and roach free that what you call good service. These hotel's want your money but they don't keep them up so you get sorry service. They have the nerve to tell you no refunds. (Roach motel indeed)"

"My review is mostly based on the service I have received from the general manager. I have been a guest several times. Being realistic, the property needs love which is an reflection of ownership. Considering what management has to work with, I am very impressed with her expertise in handling and making the best of any situation that my accrue. Her compassion and professionalism is amenable and is very much appreciated when issues accrue that is out of her control. Her service is the only reason I keep coming back to this location. Quetcy is truly the glue that is keeping this location together. Without her, it would not be a choice for me.."

"Juanita is the best. She was able to turn a zero experience into a five star experience for us. We thought it was the end when the rooms was not up to par. For our satisfaction and our state, so we asked for a different room. And then moved this to the different room. However, that room was not as great as experience. Either one India fixed the whole entire experience. She went above and beyond and definitely does deserve the raise. Question This worker as she is. One is the best that the company will ever have."
