"My family has been at Home 2 Suites Dallas Grand Prairie for the last 8 months due to our house fire. The experience we have had here is far above another other we have experienced. The staff here including Mariah has been unbelievable. The care we have gotten here is like none other. Each staff member treats us as if we are their own family. The faces we see everyday are so inviting and caring. The hospitality they provide my family is unbelievable. They have nicknames for my children and take the time to just joke and enjoy time with us. They invite us to work events or let us hang out with their families and make a family of 5, a dog, and a bunny living in a hotel so much easier everyday. This review doesn’t even do this place justice at all!"

"I’ve been staying at Home2suites Grandprairie for about a year now on business travel. Stayed in over 20 rooms and hosted a corporate event in their meeting room. Every experience has been exceptional. The customer service down to the cleanliness is just unmatched. I cannot speak any higher about this location. Hilton should use this location as a standard for all other locations. Amazing job Home2 team! Also appreciate the second row of the beverage fridge. Y’all are the best!"

"Isaac was such a great help. Through another party we booked our hotel room and were told we had an early check in but didn't and Issac hurried and accommodated us and got us a room in a nice timely matter. Issac was so professional and very nice. Our flight was also canceled and we needed Issac's help again with extending our room and he yet again helped. All the staff was extremely nice and the rooms were great! I will definitely stay here again when in Texas. Issac made the hotel stay a great experience. Selena was also a great help."

"Stayed here for a few weeks for a work trip and was always greeted by friendly staff. Room was always cleaned and with fresh towels, bedding, and clean dishes. Hotel was quiet and not uncomfortably busy. Front desk always smiling and friendly especially the one guy at nights he was always friendly and talkative. Great stories and conversation but also helpful! Deserves a raise! Cleaning crew was very thorough and it's very much appreciated! Only complaint could of been limited options for microwavable breakfast but only near the end of the stay did that get old. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for the warm welcome"
