I see Dr. Jackson, who is the kindest and most patient doctor. He genuinely cares and listens to his patients, as well as thoroughly explains procedures and is just all around helpful. I had an upper endoscopy procedure that I was extremely nervous about but Dr. Jackson calmed my nerves and explained the process in detail. It was a very fast and efficient procedure. I felt safe and cared for through the entire process. I’m glad I’m in the care of Dr. Jackson and the team at GCSA!"

"Always had a good experience with this practice, but my doctor has left and it seems that I’ve been thrown into a black hole Passed around several times with no results it seems to me that some protocol should’ve been developed for this doctors parting, so this wouldn’t happen. I am the result of bad management. One nurse practitioner said she didn’t need to see me and left me hanging to fend for myself without even scheduling the procedure that I need so badly"
