"Definitely not worth it. 85 for a full size bed a 32 inch TV mounted way up by the ceiling and no hot water. The guy a the front desk was ok tho so I won't complain too much. Update: As you can see from their reply their very unprofessional"

"They charge you $85 to rent a room here when the rooms are very tiny which is not a problem except that you can't get a key to use the door so you have to literally if you leave ask the front desk to let you back into your room when you get there and half the time there's nobody attending the front desk so you have to wait forever they've recently renovated the room so they're very nice on the inside with dimmable lights and a really wonderful shower setup that looks very chic but it's in the worst neighborhood in fort Worth and if you can't even have a key to your own room then what's the point of you having a room. They don't make exceptions for anybody like say you purchase the room for a day and then want to extend it or something like that you're going to end up running into some problems and then if they do anything for you they act like they're doing you some huge favor even though you paid $85 for a $60 room and you still didn't get a key"

"I've lived here for about 19 almost 20 months. Love it and great place families and good people. Management is always on hand easy to contact and find resolution with any problems that may arrise in a very timely fashion never had a complaint. I'll be here for many years to come. I love it here peaceful and all around tranquil place to live. I was 100% recommended. I'm really glad I found it. Terry"

"Great place for the price very comfortable bed newly renovated place makes you feel like you just bought a new house . It's good to sleep in this room even smells new great quality work on the construction Luis contractor did a awesome job will recommend anyone who wants a room for the night . Bug free and doesn't make you feel disgusted you can actually walk on the tile floor and you feel safe showers are great hot water is the best like a steam room and lighting led you can dim them at your own convenience I like it will be back to bad I had to check out the next day lol 5 ⭐ customer service A1"

"It's very cool laid-back party place not a place for children. The owner needs to work on his customer service skills and learned that he cannot treat everybody the same you have to treat people accordingly. It's very clean and everything works .The owners attitude is the reason why they got four stars instead of five. Day and night manager are great."
