"My appointment was at 1:30pm, and they called me at 3pm. Apparently, they were busy, but, I was the only one in the waiting room. I don’t recommend this place. I will never come back to this STRIC."

"I live almost 30 mins away. And didn’t realize they had me scheduled at 5pm I just found out this morning. No one had told me I can’t take any child with me. I Anyway took my 5 yr old with me asked me if I have anyone to look after him? I said no. They still let me fill out 5 pages of paperwork only to tell me they can’t proceed because no one can look after my child because procedure is about 10 mins . My husband is deployed and I had done mri before and someone had to watch my son for me like one of the manager in the office and it was about 20 mins x-ray! And the other one is when I had him in school and went straight to my appt. That’s how I was able to get through to all of my appts. Even when we were in South Dakota . My son never been in a daycare so no way I can take him just so I can go to my 5pm appt. The waiting room is dead no one is there. 10 mins they can’t even spare it’s not like they will watch a new born. This kid has a mind of his own. He won’t move around . Waste of 1hr something of my time , gas when I could have done something else. For real. I hate when people feel so entitled hate their life and want to give other people hard time."

"Very long wait, even with an appointment, and showing up 15 minutes early to do paperwork and checkin. My appointment was at 12 and I arrived at 11:45am. I waited to be called to the counter, but only one receptionist was there. 6 minutes later, 2 more receptionists came. It is 1pm and I have been fasting for this appointment and am still waiting. I am pregnant and I am tired from waiting so long and not eating. I have gone to Touchstone in stone oak, and I will go with them next time as they are faster and not overbooked."

"Update: I received a call from a gentleman from this facility and he apologized and promised to set things straight. He seemed genuinely concerned. We will see how it goes in the future. "I recently visited the STRIC Northeast Imaging Center to get a low dose CT scan. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. When I called to make an appointment, I had a hard time getting through to anyone on the phone. When I went to the center in person to make the appointment, I was told that they couldn't make CT appointments there and that I had to call in. When I finally got an appointment, I arrived 30 minutes early and checked in, but I ended up waiting for over an hour past the appointment time without any updates or information about the delay. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait, I was told that they were running an hour behind. It would have been nice to know this from the beginning so that I could have rescheduled if necessary. After waiting for another 45 minutes, I finally asked again how much longer I would have to wait, and I was called in shortly after. The technician who performed the scan was very rude and unprofessional, and the whole process took only 3-4 minutes. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the STRIC Northeast Imaging Center. The staff was unorganized, unprofessional, and rude, and the lack of communication and updates made the whole process frustrating and time-consuming. I would not recommend this center to anyone and give it the lowest rating possible.""

"First of all, I think it is amazing that a radiology outpatient facility is open on Saturdays. This gives much flexibility and peace of mind to those that work during the week. This place was great at getting me in and out, but I need to particularly mention Santa and Tiffany. Tiffany greeted me at the front and was so kind and helpful. She was open and friendly and even speaking about how she was taking her family to see Little Mermaid, I hope it was good! Also, Santa, my MRI tech, was very punctual, kind, and understanding. She explained the procedure, asked me specifics and even made sure that I didn’t have anymore questions before I had the imaging performed. Thanks to everyone involved!"
