Reviews of Quest Diagnostics
"It was easy to make my appointment. I had to change the time and it was very easy to do on-line. Lisa (the tech) was great. My results were available sooner than I expected and easy to see on their app."
"Quickest blood draw ever. JASMINE was friendly, relaxed and conversational, which made it much less eventful to get stuck. I not only hate needles, I fear them because of so many horrible, painful experiences. Jasmine really help to ease my fear. I would've given a 5-star if the check-in system would've asked for my referral number instead of other questions. The office that referred me provided all pertinent data. It'd be nice if that was added as a check-in option."
"The phlebotomist was very understanding of my hearing loss and was very accommodating. Usually I can’t hear woman’s voices and turn on live listening through my hearing aid app. The last phlebotomist claimed I could not be on my cellphone because of a policy. I explained to her that it was not for photography and was an ADA thing for deaf people. She then proceeded to be very rough with me and bruised me when I explained that the scar on my arm was from donating plasma. Very rude and not very understanding. Which also made me lose 125.00 for missing a week of plasma. The phlebotomist on Friday was so great wish I knew her name so I can write a review on how professional, compassionate, understanding, caring and polite she was.Really liked her and I’m positive she treats all of us patients with respect and compassion. God bless her."
"Everytime I come to this location someone is always getting mad at a patient or refusing service. It's happened more than once to me too but it's close to home so I do it. Today it was an argument over insurance EVERY visit I give both insurance cards but when I come to this location only one is billed. They turned me away because it had an open bill. I explained I paid it and resubmitted to 2nd insurance they had me call billing who said the same thing but they said they can not force it even though billing said do the draw it's fine. Finally about a out 30 minutes they figured it out. When I asked why does this happen every time I'm here? the manager said not their fault they do their job right but the other quest did it wrong or Dr orders wrong. I asked why do I scan both and hand you both? He said we add it but not our fault it's billing. Then it was my fault for not scanning correctly apparently I scanned my id 6 times at the auto check. In. How? Lolafter explaining I do the exact same thing at all locations and don't have any problems at others I got told it was still me, them or billing. No apologies no trying to understand when all I was asking as how do I avoid this again? All they all did was deflect and blame everyone else. At 4 o'clock they told the so called manager it's 4 let's go and he walked me out without answering anything I asked just said not our fault call billing or tell your Dr. They turned away anotheran while I was here because they couldn't wait it was closing time at 3. He was all upset they wouldn't try to help him just blamed the Drs office and fax machine. Oddly I got that story once and the Dr office upstairs helped me print the order to take it to them since they can't help. Lol"
"Absolutely the BEST blood draw of my entire 62 year life. I felt nothing going in, nothing while changing tubes, and nothing during withdrawal of the needle. ZERO pain. Had to check to see the tubes actually had blood in them. I'm coming here for everything except toilet paper and bananas! From the sweet lady who helped me sign in, to the Phlebotomist who did my draw, please give them ALL a raise. Finally, a staff who actually enjoy their jobs and working with each other! Thank you!"
