"You get one star, wish I could give you a half star. Lady working there needs to not talk down to a customer that knows more about an item then she does. Over $600 for a Nagant that goes for less. Will never buy from any of their shops again. Cash American will get all my gun buying business from here on out. But hey, she said she would give $300 for any Nagants that didn’t go through customs. Meaning they have no laser engraving on them. What a joke."

"If your looking for a place to get something, anything, this would be the wrong place to try. There's not a whole lot of things for sale on the shelfs, mostly filler stuff. Tho there's probably a reason behind it, we'll start off if you do happen to try to sell new items that are entirely legal they would rather not, I get the reasoning " it cuts down on probability of stolen items" to a point....because it's a pawn shop you have a 50/50 shot of that either way, taking things used. But what got me is the lack of respect and knowledge. There is one lady, I guess is a manager, mostly because someone went and got her, she I swear is only employed there for a number, lacks knowledge of how to interact with customers or on products that would come through the door. Which in my opinion if you don't have the knowledge about what your holding or evaluating you have no ability to put a number on it. Which also she couldn't, or wouldn't do. She figured I was there for a loan, even told me I was there for a loan like she just wanted to bully someone into a transaction. In reality I was there to put a number value on an item and maybe sell it. Less to say she couldn't figure out a way to have a conversation and I guess was just busy enough to try to walk me next door after being called out on her attitude and disrespect. So in closing unless your looking for a hard time and probably a hassle ending in not getting your items back I'd try the one just a little farther down. Hopefully they can become a respectable store."

"Previously left a great review and was excited to come in again, however this time I was met with extremely rude customer service from an older woman whose name I didn’t catch. Suffice to say, this woman should not have a job working with customers. I will not be visiting again, and neither should you unless you want your day ruined by a cranky old woman."
