"I went in to file my taxes. Get a call saying my son claimed himself and told them it was his first time filing taxes and to take him off my return. They told me they would send an email so I could electronically sign. I then get a call wanting me to download a app because it wouldn’t let them email me. I told them then why tell me and I will be by to sign when I could. Go in today and after sitting there for 20 mins she said she had to go to the other computer! I got up and left and I Will never be back! Get it together! Literally I was told all I had to do was sign a piece of paper!"
