"I've always enjoyed coming to this location. The staff is very nice. Today I had an x-ray and Bethany was so friendly. I also had an ultrasound, and Anna was extremely friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible, knowing I had some pain during the procedure. I've come here twice for my mammograms and the lady who does them is also friendly and nice. Front desk staff was also kind. I've always had a good experience at this location. I do recommend."
"Worst customer service at Brooklyn Ave.. They refused to take a 3rd party payment in full. They just kept making excuses why they could not do the exam instead of providing service. Office manager was clueless as to what she was doing."
"My husband waited for 2 weeks for the first appointment to get an MRI on his eye. He called the day before to confirm his appointment. He went in and waited for over an hour only to be told they could not confirm his insurance information. Why??? Two weeks should have been more then enough time to check his insurance. Now we wait another 2 weeks. Meanwhile we still don't know what is going on with his eye. Frustrating!"
