I finally asked for another tech to draw my blood. Elva took care of me and answered all my questions in a professional manner."

"Came in on Friday for lab work at 9:30. I was told my lab requests require me to have an appt. Before 9:30. Went home and made an appt for 8:20am. The Tech said I had no lab requests for my doctor.. When she checked with the tech who sent me home Friday, the tech verified my lab request was in the system on Friday, the day she sent me home. I then lost my place in line. It’s 8:33, I have a 9:15 doctor appt. This is the only Quest Lab, that I have problems with. I guess from now on I will use CPL Lab which is in the same building. This is NOT the first time I have had a problem with this particular Quest Lab location The sad part is there is no phone# you can call or a receptionist present to speak to at Quest. Quest Lab time is valuable and so is mine!"

"Had a 9:40am appt, entered the waiting room at 9:35am and checked-in. Took my earbud out of its case, opened up my YouTube app, a door opened and my name was called. I'm done and exiting at 9:48am. Awesome staff, professional and efficient."

"I scheduled an appointment with Quest online. This is the location I picked & the time that I selected was 12:40. I came here and went on the elevator to thr 4th floor and the door says closed from 12-1. How are you going to schedule me at 12:40 but be closed? This makes absolutely NO SENSE. Im very irritated because this is so unprofessional! Im literally sitting down right next to this locked door waiting when my appointment is at 12:40. Please fix this problem. Some of us HAVE LIVES."
