"I took a family member here to have an MRI due to extreme pain in an extremity. Upon arrival, all family members must wait in the foyer outside the waiting room. COVID rules, I understand. My family member was a squeeze in by the doctor and it was the end of the day. The MRI technician was very unsympathetic to the extreme pain, was in a hurry, and caused more physical pain to my family member trying to get the MRI. After the MRI, the technician walked my family member out and I could tell from the looks on both their faces and the tears in my family members' eyes that something was wrong. The tech literally pushed my family member at me and shut the door behind her. The absolute worst experience was described to me by my family member. I looked up the reviews on Yelp and they received an overall 2 star review. Most of the reviews described the exact experience my family member endured. This is unacceptable. Please do some review for yourself before going here."
