"They tell me we will call you back to schedule an appointment everytime I call them to check if there is an appointment available for me .but they never do they just waste your time asking you to get some documents after you do they totally forget about you .they are funny in one way"

"I was referred to Dr. Fetchick then asked the office staff how long it took to get an appointment once the had the faxed files. They stated 2-3 days. Asked if they specialized in invasive organisms such as fungi, bacteria, parasites, Virus? They didn't know. Once the Dr reviewed they would call back iand make an appt. If theu could help. 3 days call still waiting for reviiew 5 days still waiting I am sick. 7days still not reviewed, still sick.. This time. They are at the hospital most of the time.(should had cut my lost time here) still had respect for their title then. 10 day. They were out last week! Yes folks the sound of BS ringing in my ears. I said how long does it take to get an appointment? 2 weeks ..really now. So I call I have been and am exposed to toxic molds cheatomium, Stachybotiyrs in my rental. I have Invasive Candida Alicans. Still no one can look? I will get with you today or tomorrow the latest with an answer. No call that day.. Next day by early afternoon. Called them oh yeah wait a min. I will have one of the other Drs look Dr. Berkhowitz look. Gods my witness she came back in 3 mins. He said we don't work on that stuff! So no one specializes in Microbiolgy pathogens, or Invasive organism from a host? This is unexceptable to leave sick folks hanging. If you work in a front office it may behove you to have some elementary Idea of what specialties the Physician's practice. You may want to ask for a list. Incrediable. I know there is no way any Doctor could review the blood work and panels from the lab test result, or from my rented townehouse the results from air samples and swabs taken. I respect other people's time and am always polite. When I am blantantly disregarded be it my time. The fact that I'm not well is of no obvious importance first its this, then its that. Then shut down in 3 mins flat. This has never happened before in a professional enviroment. I will not allow myself to be so trusting again. The front office staff has no Idea how to manage the physicians time at all. What they practice or the intake of new clients. They were not rude. They are clueless. They put new charts in a Dr inbox. Just wait until they find there way back to the front to advise. Instead of coming up with excuses you pull out of the air. Try this monitor each new referral. If there is no activity in 3 day bring it to the Doctors attention. You may need to remind them the next day depending on what case or meetings to attend. Leave it on VM a notice on their desk. You are there to keep the office flowing, New patients processed quickly. Old and New patient appointments. Know your Dr's schedules. Yes this is subject to change. Work through the obstacles its called life. Shows character and oroblem solving skills. Keep the records.take the co pays. Make a calender of call backs within 3 days if you have no new information. Do your job and ge them in front of the Doc! Put them in the next day call back do not let them fall through the lathargic creaks. As much as you hid your failure by pulling me out of your system. I hate to believe this apathy runs in the back as well. Maybe you will heed constructive criticism. You just may feel empowered and productive. Good luck."
