"Do not go here for Mri/Ct scan or any type imaging. The radiologist failed to diagnose. He stated my Mri was unremarkable and he could only see well defined bile. Went to another doctor for second opinion and the cause of my pain was found and I have to have surgery immediately! No Veteran should be sent to this place! The Radiologist is not reading images accordingly or accurate. Only collecting a check and pushing cattle. A disgrace!"
"MRI is 2 hrs behind, and i am supposed to patiently wait. Yet when i am 15 min late, they decide I can't be squeezed in for my appointment. How does this make any sense. As a customer/ patient, i am supposed to be willing to accept waiting and waiting and waiting, but the provider refuses to be accommodating. Something is wrong here, and I hope that these people are shown the courtesy, or lack thereof, that they showed me."
"I had an appointment. They called to cancel it, saying I needed to reschedule with them but to call them back for my appointment time and date. I didn't call them back because I figured it could wait. Then I got a call again two days after what would have been my appointment, and it's them calling to confirm my appointment for the next morning. I didn't schedule anything with them but say that I will be there at the time they told me. I also confirm the location. I get here the day of my appointment, and the woman is telling me that it was canceled about 20 minutes after I got my confirmation call yesterday. She said the reason it got canceled is for verification with my doctor. Now fine whatever they can play ping pong with the verification. But my problem with it is that I got a confirmation call for the appointment, but why wasn't I called again when it was canceled so I didn't have to drive as far as I did or wake up early. They need to get themselves together as that "system" is very chaotic."
"I had my appointment scheduled a week in advance prior to my appointment for a MRI. They had me waiting for 45 minutes to call me up to one of their desks to tell me that my insurance was pending and I would not be able to move forward with my appointment as planned. This information could've been confirmed prior to me waiting for such a long time with the understanding that I was to have the MRI done. I had to take off work and move around my other doctor's appointment to have the MRI done. Everyone was unprofessional from the receptionist to the supervisor. The receptionist, Maria even had me standing for 3 -4 minutes until she acknowledged me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. The supervisor was distracted when I was expressing my disappointment in the service that I received and didn't even offer an apology for what happened. The staff is just ignorant and unprofessional. I take my time and health too seriously to be wasted like this."
"Absolutely horrible experience. I had been told that it would be a 45 minute wait and I wound up waiting an hour and a half before I asked how long it would be and the lady at the front desk with the low pony and glasses named Maria was extremely rude and complained that there was only three people working and so they were trying to go as quick as they can. I can understand it’s annoying but I was no where rude about asking a simple question so she could have been a bit more polite. I think if you tell people it’s 45 min and they wait an extra 45 min because you cannot work at a fast enough pace than that is a personal problem and shouldn’t be taken out on patients!"
