"I was referred to this place by my dentist, and the day after they referred me Imagdent called me... I was not able to talk or schedule, but when I told the lady on the phone it was like I insulted her for not giving her the time. Then when I was able, I called them--three times and left three voicemails, with no response. So I called my dentist, and they said 'Yeah they're weird when it comes to answering the phones'. Luckily the dentist was able to set an appointment. Once I got to the appointment, besides the odd security key pad at the door so I couldn't get in (in a VERY high rent area), the lady basically kept me out until she could confirm I had an appointment. Once confirmed she let me in, but of course I couldn't sit down, I had to get my temperature taken, and show both hands so she could spray them with sanitizer. Then I was allowed to sit. The next question from her was 'The bill is $280 today how would you like to pay?' I asked if they would file with my insurance, and she said no you'll have to submit the bill yourself, we don't submit at all. At that point I responded, great business, don't have to answer the phone, don't bill the insurance, just take my money. No response from her, I sat in the imaging chair for maybe five minutes and was told I was done. I may be the only one, but dentistry to me is a racket and will be telling my general dentist about this experience."
"I had used the Implant Concierge service for a difficult case. Treatment planning was an amazing process with the online meeting and review of the CBCT. The guide itself was a perfect fit and it made a very difficult case literally "stress free" for the implant placement procedure."
