"This place is totally incompetent. Don't expect to be seen in a timely manner here. Got there on time, they skipped me, and 30 minutes after my scheduled time I asked how far behind they would be and they said it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I was 10 minutes late due to traffic, called to let them know. Told them that I COULD NOT RESCHEDULE...and they would not see me. Additionally, they were going to be over $300 more than another imaging center. In the end...if I had to reschedule...I went with UT Health Imaging. They were more polite and cost effective. I firmly recommend UT Health Imaging. Much better service."

"My second experience with STRIC as a patient. And just as my first time, STRIC staff were responsive to my needs and worked efficiently and effectively to complete my procedure. The radiologists at STRIC are no doubt the best in Texas. I highly recommend STRIC for any imaging needs you may require. 5 stars!"

"Long wait! After waiting awhile, I get back there to a rude ultrasound tech named Vicki or Nicki (couldn’t make out the first letter of her badge). Anyhow, I didn’t care for her snooty know it all attitude! Not friendly at all! The doctor was ok. She didn’t seem to be understanding of my situation."

"I was a little disappointed at first because I was told that my MRI was set for 12pm. Received a reminder the day before the appointment that I needed to be here by 10:30am. Had to wait around a little bit, that’s the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that, no complaints."
