"Im currently 23 weeks pregnant, changed my ONGYN to someone closer, had two appointments and still haven’t met my DR only the midwife. Staff is wonderful everyone is nice. Unfortunately I’m rating this place 1 star due to negligence. My last appointment was for left side chest pain and could not breathe. Midwife took my concerns to see what she could help with….no blood work nothing just a lets take a wild guess and send her off. They told me most likely I had slept wrong and had a bad nerve so they referred me to a physical therapist. So week later im in the ER at 3am with unbearable pain. They ran proper test even a CT turns out I was severely anemic, and had inflamed veins near my left lung. This could’ve been avoided if they would’ve took the time to actually take my concerns more seriously. Won’t be coming back."

"I gave it a one star because Vivian is a great doctor. But the office especially Liz in accounts payable is horrible. She’s not in that office and it’s hard to get a hold of her. I have two insurances and they keep on only adding one. My insurance company keeps calling them and they never return her call. How is this going to get resolved if they don’t have an accounts payable personal in the office. Or the front office doesn’t to key in the right information. I don’t recommend this place"

"**updated a year later which is today* well unfortunately I had to change the review because I have been through so much with the front staff at this facility. I had a surgery that was rescheduled twice, when I finally got surgery my pain medications were never called in. After surgery on the day of my post op I call 1 hour before my appointment to reconfirm the time they tell me 2:30, I show up and 2:15/20. The front desk calls me to the front after sitting for 5 minutes to tell me the Dr is not in office. What do you mean? They said we tried to call and left you a message. I said no I have my phone and I have no missed calls or messages, and I just spoke to you to confirm my time. They just kept apologizing. So now I’m still on restrictions until I see the doctor. I have post issues I need to have addressed and I have to go longer without seeing a doctor to be checked out. It’s been 2 weeks since my surgery. I love the Dr but Lord I can’t handle any more of the unprofessional inconveniences. I don’t know what happened to the staff but very sad. **original review** Definitely recommend this place and Dr. Simeon. For traumatic personal reasons, I have always been afraid of going to these kind of doctors. Dr. Simeon was so patient with me throughout the entire visit he made sure I was comfortable, continued to asked me if I was ok, he made sure to answer all my questions and explained the answers to me. His assistant I think her name was destiny was an amazing support for me with my anxiety. I’m so glad I was able to find a doctor For the future. The entire staff was professional, and very helpful. If your afraid of coming this kind of Dr this place and Dr Simeon are going to be patient and take care of you throughout the entire visit step by step. Thank you guys"

"I would not recommend. I had an abnormal Pap Smear in June and was never notified about the results. I called multiple times to get results and no one called me back. Finally I spoke to someone who said I needed a follow up procedure but they kept cancelling my appointment 3 times. The office staff is rude. I told the provider that I would not return. If I had not kept calling, would I have gotten my results? Who knows? The office staff is rude and incompetent. The medical care is good."

"Dr Simien was amazing and listened to what I said. But the front desk people are so rude and no help. I was originally supposed to have my appt on sept 8 for an ultrasound and every week it had gotten rescheduled. it is now sept 29th and it still hasn’t happened they called today to reschedule it again for next week. Found a new OB that could get me in sooner and the front desk people were way nicer."
