"H/R block had alot of problems this year. First the stimulus went into incorrect accounts, then I haven't been denied a loan for a long time, I've been with h/r block well over 12 years and I was denied my loan for my tax refund. You would think that during a trying time like this if your account has always been in good standing it shouldn't be a problem to get your refund loan. I was really looking forward to that trying to catch up on bills that's been behind since last year. I've never had problems, but after this year I think I'm done for good."
