"I don't advise this place for one simple reason ( responsibility) . I filed my taxes only to call back several times asking what's the delay on my return was only to receive ( The IRS is backed up). Come to find out after a year later and a professional service my taxes were not even sent off. Calling HR Block to file a complaint I was given a refund but no help for the late filing penalty. I spoke with not 1, not 2 but 3 staff members at this place of business and its just very unprofessional."
