"As an update to this, they have disappeared. Office emptied, everyone gone. The only recourse now is to file fraud charges against Charles and Jennifer. I am no longer sure this is a legitimate business. They have taken my money and now no longer return phone calls. They have stated in the past that my divorce would be signed by one of their judge friends on August 7th. Not only has that not happened but Fayette County Clerk has no record of my name. Fayette also stated that their court does not do business this way. I don't know of anyone who has actually received the service they paid for."
"Originally I was very thankful to find an affordable lawyer for my divorce, I quickly discovered that you really do get what you pay for in regards to customer service. They were able to draw up the agreement while we waited and we were able to sign during the initial consultation, which was very nice. My ex husband paid his portion before we left and I had to wait to pay my half until a few weeks later. During the time the account was not paid in full, every time I called, they couldn't remember who I was or what my account was for- bankruptcy etc. There was a misunderstanding and even three weeks after I had paid my portion and the account was paid in full, they still had not filed our paperwork. After we sorted everything out and the paperwork was filed, I was told by the secretary that it should only be a few weeks before it was signed. That's when they stopped answering their phones. So I began emailing instead, which worked for awhile. I had to pester the woman on a daily basis to find out that my divorce had indeed been signed. However, that was the last I heard from them. Now, they will not answer my phone calls, return my messages, or emails, and I still need additional copies of the paperwork from them. I am incredibly unsatisfied with the service I received and do not recommend them to anyone- they are disorganized, incompetent, and unreliable."
