"Today I was told, by Sgt FOREST NEWSOME, that it was perfectly legal for my stepsister to use her hands to "help" her father sign away all his financials and medical decisions to her, due to she used the acceptable legal form. They told me it didn't matter that he was kept sedated on potent pain meds. I was also told that his daughter was allowed to be a witness to the legality of the POA, as long as a notary signed off on it. According to Sgt Forest Newsome it is acceptable for her acting as POA, to take the money from his accounts and directly transfer into her own student checking account. Regardless that there will be multiple medical bills coming in. She moved the money over to hers while he was alive but since he now passed away, legally since he died the money is hers. The amount was roughly 90k! Also, acting as POA she tried to force my mother (her father's wife of 26 years) to sign away her rights to his retirement. This is elder exploitation, but Sgt Forest Newsome told me since I am advocating for my mother, he will no longer speak to me and disconnected the call. I will be reporting this behavior to the federal government & I personally will be advocating for all Kentucky elderly people who are exploited!"

"Was placed on hold before being asked what i needed. Left on hold for over a minute. You are the police. Unacceptable."
"I want to thank the officer and tow truck driver who assisted me on 7/25/18 in the middle of the night when I caught a flat with my children. We were traveling and didn't have the proper jack and they were very professional and courteous. Thank you again for all your help."
