"TERRIBLE services!!! I have been given the run around the entire time. I will NEVER come back and I will discourage others from coming here as well. My foot/toe are in pain and my doctor can’t give me the proper care because these people have not sent my X-rays to her. I was initially told (the day of my appointment) that the process of them sending the X-rays to my doctor is 1-2 days. That information was confirmed over the phone by one of their secretaries a few days later. Well, now I’m being told I have to wait 5 business days!!! This is ridiculous!!!! I’ll have to walk around with an injured possibly broken toe for 8 days because today is Friday!!!! Disgusting!!!!"
"I want to commend Lexi at the front desk, not to be confused with the previous Lexi that I complained about months ago. This Lexi is very Efficient, knowledgeable, quick, friendly, very customer service oriented and has a beautiful smile. If she stays at the front desk, I will return time and time again. A Woman named Yetta? Returned my husband’s phone when he tried to make an appointment. This employee was not helpful at all. On the contrary, she told us that my husband‘s insurance could not be verified and that it would be until next Monday, which is about a week from today, that he would be able to schedule his appointment. No attempt at resolving the insurance confusion, no compassion as to what the patient is going through, no other solution offered. This is Is not the kind of service I’m used to from Touchstone. Lexi, more than made up for it though by not only verifying the insurances, but had the appointment made and me out the door in less than five minutes. Keep up the great work, Lexi!"
"My appointment went well because the staff are very nice and friendly especially the technician. The only thing I wish they explain it to me or describe what its like to have the MRI procedure. I was a little bit nervous during the test because I don’t like to be in a tight space. It’s good thing it’s nice and bright inside and I kept closing my eyes and praying the lights wont go off. I don’t want to have panic attack. It would have been good if they explain it to their patients before the appointment to see if they need to call their doctor for something to take to calm them down. Heavier patients will probably get scared because it’s not a big tunnel inside."
"Touchstone is a very organized and professional imaging center. I have balance issues and was feeling a little wobbly. The woman performing my MRI actually locked arms with me to make sure I made it to the room without losing my balance. She did this when I was done, walking me out, also. She was so kind. I didn’t catch her name but I believe she was a thin Asian woman with long black hair and an assuring smile!"
"The two-star rating is for a tactless billing and claims department. The treatment and services at this facility are great, but be prepared when you call to book your appointment to have a not so pleasant exchange with a billing/claims representative with the tact of an aggressive bill collector. It may not be fair to condem the entire billing and claims department. I can only base my experience on one individual whom I had the displeasure of speaking with over the phone because it was all about making sure I make whatever payment that they said I owed them when I came to the facility. I don't have problems paying my bills and I have come there on three separate occasions in the past and each time they ended up reimbursing me the money that I had to pay up front. Still, and more recently, I am left to feel when I get off the phone after booking an appointment, that it's all about making sure I pay them what is due upon arrival. The reimbursement usually occurs because the insurance will make some kind of adjustment after it has been processed and finalized. So, when that happens, I have to wait to get refunded by Touchstone through their billing department which takes a good bit of time. This has happened after every visit I've had with them. So, it's offensive having to be told that I need to make certain payment amounts upfront. I'm displeased with the Representative for her blunt delivery and tone over the phone , moreso than the need for having the conversation. So it could be that I just had a bad experience with one particular person, but that one person can make the entire department look bad. Certainly, there are better ways to deal with letting people know what their cost are without being made to feel like they are a person who doesn't pay their bills. Anyway, just my thoughts and yes they should strive to do better for their customers."
