"I’m really disappointed to write this because I had such a wonderful experience a year ago that prompted me to come back today. I was dealing with some serious and painful pink eye and the doctor told me I shouldn’t have come here because it was not a real medical emergency. All the other staff was very kind and helpful but it was just my doctor that was not so nice."

"I came for shortness of breath with Covid. The front person was really nice and quick. The person before me and myself were called back quickly too. The techs were accommodating and knowledgeable and let me know every step that would be taken during my visit. The nurse Donna was calm and listened to my every symptom and what I wanted for the outcome. The doctor was really sweet and told me everything she wanted to do and explained it to me when I questioned. It seemed like a well oiled machine the way they all worked together to get the tests completed and medicine delivered. I prefer this to going to a hospital down the highway. I felt better when I left."

"Okay where do I even start. I have been going to Altus forever. I was always going to Baylor ER and would be there at least 3-5 hours before I would even be seen to when I would get discharged so I decided to use Altus and first off, it is a very very clean facility and very prompt service. I am usually in and out within an hour and that also includes them checking for labs and so forth but depending on what your going there for it so depends but they are very quick and I love it there. I went in for a cough that I had for nearly a month and they saved my life. I had a blood clots in my lungs and and legs and I was then transferred to UT in Dallas. I would recommend them to anyone who needs care right away.the staff are great and the DR’s truly care. I never go anywhere else. Very clean and nice facility. You not having to wait for hours to be seen."

"I brought my family member in. We were brought back right away. Sara was our nurse and we had Dr. Abdo as our doctor. They were compassionate and the care was wonderful! Our concerns were addressed. We were in and out within an hour . All of the staff were wonderful! It was the best ER visit we’ve experienced."

"Best Emergency Room experience I’ve had. I was seen right away, and received prompt care. The facility was clean and new. The doctor had many years of experience and was very helpful. Hopefully I won’t need to be back… but it’s nice to know this is here in case someone were to need it in the future."
